Purchasing a product online that comes at a significant investment can be a bit unnerving when you don’t have any knowledge of the company.

I was looking for a template to use for a new website, and I wanted something that had a clean design, and something I could easily customize and manage myself. After looking at a number of options, I focused in on the Bliss template from Nerds Software. From the first contact, my series of email questions were answered quickly and clearly, and those exchanges set the tone for a relationship that extended beyond the purchase to troubleshooting the setup of the site. Not being a tech savvy person, I found the instructions clear and concise, and when I had specific questions (because of my own lack of knowledge), again the responses came very quickly. Now my site is up, and working flawlessly.

The overall experience has been excellent. Great product, great support. I wholeheartedly recommend Nerds Software.
